This study introduces an innovative neural network framework named spectral integrated neural networks (SINNs) to address both forward and inverse dynamic problems in three-dimensional space. In the SINNs, the spectral integration technique is utilized for temporal discretization, followed by the application of a fully connected neural network to solve the resulting partial differential equations in the spatial domain. Furthermore, the polynomial basis functions are employed to expand the unknown function, with the goal of improving the performance of SINNs in tackling inverse problems.

Background: Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is a common infection in need of more effective treatment. Formation of epithelium-associated biofilms and the presence of persister cells are among the major contributing factors to the recurrence of this condition. We have previously developed RAFT-derived polymethacrylates that are effective in killing biofilms .

The basic mechanical properties of a Radial Shock Wave Therapy Equipment (RSWTE) were experimentally studied in this paper. The output energy of the RSWTE working on the operation frequency of 10 Hz was measured by dynamic pressure transducer under the conditions of different operation pressure. The results showed that both operation pressure and operation frequency have effects on the output energy of the equipment.
