Mechanism of HJ11 Decoction in the Treatment of Atherosclerosis Based on Network Pharmacology and Experimental Validation.

Background: HJ11 (HJ11 decoction), which is based on the traditional prescription Si-Miao-Yong-An decoction, has exerted a remarkable effect on atherosclerosis (AS). Nevertheless, the main components and underlying mechanisms of HJ11 for treating AS remain unclear.

Aim Of The Study: This study was designed to elucidate the mechanism of HJ11 in the treatment of AS through network pharmacology and in vivo experimental validation.

[Systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis of Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules in treating hand, foot and mouth disease].

The efficacy and safety of Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules for the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease were syste-matically evaluated. Four Chinese databases of CNKI, CBM, WanFang, VIP and four English databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science were retrieved by computers. With Chinese and English words "Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules" "hand, foot and mouth disease" as the subject and keywords, randomized controlled trials(RCT) for the effect of Xiao'er Chaigui Tui-re Granules alone and combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease were retrieved, and the retrieval time was generally from the establishment of the database to January 20, 2020.
