Background: This study aims to investigate the effect of integrin β1 on wound healing induced by adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), as well as the corresponding mechanism.

Methods: Integrin β1 was overexpressed in ADSCs. Thereafter, flow cytometry and transwell chambers technology were used to measure the endothelial-like differentiation (CD31 as a biomarker of endothelial cell) and cell migration, respectively.

The effects of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) combined with microplasma on treating wounds of ulcer, and blood perfusion of wound-healing of interface, angiogenesis and the expressions of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) were explored. We selected continuously 64 patients with wounds of ulcer. The patients were divided into the conventional treatment group (just medical foam dressing and 1% silver sulfadiazine cream for dressing changes) (n=20 cases), the NPWT group (n=22 cases) and the combination group (NPWT combined with microplasma) (n=22 cases), and compared the effects.

Microarray analysis was performed to investigate the changes in gene expression profiles after severe burn injury at the early and middle stages, further discovering therapeutic targets for severe burn injury. Microarray data (GSE19743) were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus. First, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) at different stages were screened using limma package.
