Background: Psoriasis, a chronic inflammatory dermatosis, profoundly affects patients' well-being. Although exosomes are key in disease etiology, diagnostic potentials of associated genes are unclear. Our research targeted bioinformatics-based characterization of exosome-related genes and the development of a diagnostic model for psoriasis.

Studies have revealed that chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 6A (CCT6A) promoted the development of multiple types of cancer, and dataset analysis revealed that homeobox B2 (HOXB2) has the potential to modulate the expression of CCT6A. However, whether HOXB2 affects the proliferation, migration and invasion of colon cancer cells remains to be determined.

Here, the aim of this study was to evaluate the application of the antigen-pulsed Dexo as a new vaccination platform in immunotherapy for cervical cancer. The immunogenic profile of the different Dexo was assessed by the cell proliferation, cytokines secretion and effector functions of CD8 T cells and the splenocytes from Dexo-vaccinated mice.
