Methods: A study was conducted on 200 patients with gestational hypertension treated from May 2023 to May 2024. Patients were assigned to an observation group (n=110), which received aerobic exercise and systematic nursing care, or a control group (n=90), which received standard care.
Objective: Our study tried to evaluate and compare the therapeutic efficacy of intratympanic injection of dexamethasone (DEX) at different concentrations for the treatment of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSNHL).
Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted on 203 patients with unilateral ISSNHL. Patients were divided into four groups: the control group (n = 47, systemic treatment only), the high-concentration group (n = 51, intratympanic injection of DEX 20 mg/ml), the medium-concentration group (n = 55, 10 mg/ml), and the low-concentration group (n = 50, 5 mg/ml).
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis and its effect on serum inflammatory markers.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical records of 102 patients with cervicitis treated at Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital between March 2022 and March 2023. The control group (47 patients) received azithromycin, while the study group (55 patients) was treated with a combination of levofloxacin and azithromycin.
