Purpose: To compare the feasibility and safety of three approaches for bilateral adrenal venous sampling (AVS) and their influence on the outcomes of adrenalectomy for dominant lateral primary aldosteronism (PA).
Methods: 182 PA patients who underwent AVS at Fuwai Hospital between January 2022 and March 2024 were enrolled. According to the puncture access, patients were divided into three groups: simultaneous AVS via antecubital approach group (Group A, N = 48), simultaneous AVS via femoral approach group (Group B, N = 44) and sequential AVS via antecubital approach group (Group C, N = 90).

Multimodal named entity recognition (MNER) is an emerging field that aims to automatically detect named entities and classify their categories, utilizing input text and auxiliary resources such as images. While previous studies have leveraged object detectors to preprocess images and fuse textual semantics with corresponding image features, these methods often overlook the potential finer grained information within each modality and may exacerbate error propagation due to predetection. However, even with only one type of polymer, it seems quite necessary to introduce a labour division concerning these two roles because folding is required for functional molecules (ribozymes) but unfavourable for the genome (as a template in replication). The research revealed that China's Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme not only stimulated businesses to reduce emissions as a market-based environmental regulation policy but also influenced local governments' governance objectives. However, the perturbation of tectonic carbon degassing on the interaction between climate change and carbon cycle remains unclear. Here, through time-evolutive phase analysis of new and published high-resolution benthic foraminiferal oxygen (δO) and carbon (δC) isotope records from the global ocean, we find that variations in the marine carbon cycle lead the climate-cryosphere system (δC-lead-δO) on 405,000-year eccentricity timescales during the MCO.
