Objective: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a prevalent gastrointestinal tumor globally. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been identified as regulatory players in the pathogenesis of CRC. However, it is unclear whether hsa_circ_0050102 (circPGPEP1) affects the malignant progression and immune escape in CRC.

A reliable liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for simultaneous determination of nine mycotoxins, i.e., aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), aflatoxin B2 (AFB2), aflatoxin G1 (AFG1), aflatoxin G2 (AFG2), ochratoxin A (OTA), zearalenone (ZEN), T-2 toxin, HT2 toxin and deoxynivalenol (DON), in fresh fish (muscle and entrails) as well as dried seafoods.

[Difference of three standard curves of real-time reverse-transcriptase PCR in viable Vibrio parahaemolyticus quantification].

Objective: We evaluated the difference of three standard curves in quantifying viable Vibrio parahaemolyticus in samples by real-time reverse-transcriptase PCR (Real-time RT-PCR).

Methods: The standard curve A was established by 10-fold diluted cDNA. The cDNA was reverse transcripted after RNA synthesized in vitro.
