Objective: The early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) correlates with decreased overall survival. Microvascular invasion (MVI) stands out as a prominent hazard influencing post-resection survival status and metastasis in patients with HBV-related HCC. The study focused on developing a web-based nomogram for preoperative prediction of MVI in HBV-HCC.

Characterization of the tumor microenvironment in breast cancer brain metastasis.

Objective: The difference in the tumor microenvironment (TME) between primary breast cancer (PBC) and breast cancer brain metastasis (BCBM) is still unknown. Herein, we present the landscape of the TME in PBC and BCBM to better understand the process of BCBM.

Methods: The Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database was used to obtain suitable PBC and BCBM data.
