Background: This study aimed to investigate knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) toward coronary heart disease (CHD) secondary prevention among CHD patients.
Methods: This web-based cross-sectional study enrolled patients with CHD who visited the Yangpu District Central Hospital in Shanghai (China) between October 18, 2022, and March 25, 2023. The administered questionnaire assessed demographic information and KAP; factors associated with good practice were identified by multivariate logistic regression.

Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is an intricate and multifaceted cardiovascular disorder that contributes significantly to global morbidity and mortality. Early and accurate identification and diagnosis of CHD are paramount to ensuring patients receive optimal therapeutic interventions and satisfactory outcomes.
Methods: Data on CHD gene expression were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) repository and potential hub genes were screened through gene ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) analyses.
Identifying the attenuation characteristics of drugs in sewage and sewers is one of the important factors to improve the accuracy of wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) application. In this study, 28 drugs including antidepressants, cardiovascular drugs, antihistamines, anticonvulsants and some of their human metabolites were chosen as the targets to study the hydrolysis, adsorption, and biodegradation at different temperatures in sewage and sewers. The interaction between drugs degradation and community structure of biofilm was also investigated.
