- Two cases of full-face 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) were reported for treating multiple actinic keratosis (AK) on the face.
- After treatment, all AK lesions were completely cleared, and the patients experienced facial rejuvenation.
- Follow-up showed one patient remained lesion-free for over 13 months, while the other was free for over 28 months, suggesting ALA-PDT may be highly effective in treating AK and preventing recurrence.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Lonicera japonica Thunb. has been used as a traditional medicinal herb in China for thousands of years for its heat-clearing and detoxification effects. In recent years, experimental and clinical studies have shown that some Lonicera japonica-containing Chinese medicine prescriptions have been used to treat intraepithelia neoplasia caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) infection.

However, it is still challenging to grow high-quality SnSe NRs for high-performance photodetectors so far. In this work, we successfully synthesized high-quality p-type SnSe NRs by chemical vapor deposition and then fabricated near-infrared photodetectors.
