The functionalization of polyoxometalates with organic ligands provides a new-style strategy to accurately incorporate polyoxometalates with advanced functional organic moieties on their surfaces, the development of which has attracted increasing research interest due to the potential applications. A germanium tungstate Na(HO)[{Ru(bpy)}{WO(CO)}(GeWO)]·27HO (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) with two ligands covalently modified was triumphantly synthesized, using the conventional one-pot hydrothermal method. It was systematically characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental analysis, infrared (IR) spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), powder diffraction (PXRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy.

The prominent structural feature is that the total structure of [KPWO{(PhPO)}] resembles a V-shaped structure, which was stabilized by two [Co(HO)] ions. Furthermore, it can be connected into a three-dimensional mesh structure using K ions.

The CRISPR/Cas detection system, noted for its significant utility in a variety of applications, often necessitates enhanced sensitivity or specific signal amplification strategies, particularly for detecting low-abundance biomarkers. In this study, we present a quantum-dot-encoded beads (QDB)-energized CRISPR/Cas12-based lateral-flow assay (QDB-CRISPR-LFA).

Despite its impact, the genetic basis of SSR resistance in plants remains poorly understood. Here, through a genome-wide association study, we identify a key gene, BnaA07.

However, designing an effective photocatalyst for the conversion of toluene remains challenging. Herein, a novel organic monophosphonate-modified high nucleus Cu-incorporated polyoxotungstate, KH[{Cu(HO)}{Cu(OPCHCOO)(1,4,9-α-PWO)}]·Cl·60HO (), has been intentionally synthesized by a self-assembly process utilizing conventional aqueous method.

The biosensor provides high specificity and affinity binding between TRI2-2 and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variants of concern (VOCs) spike antigen receptor binding domain (S-RBD). It also enables rapid testing of wild-type (WT), B.

The polyoxometalates are a promising candidate for hydrogen production photocatalysts because of their unique electronic and structural properties and controllable design at the molecular level. Introducing noble metals was proven to be an effective method to greatly enhance the photocatalytic efficiency of polyoxometalates.

Six novel bacterial strains, designated CY22, CY357, LJ419, LJ53, CY399 and CY107 were isolated from soil samples collected from the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, PR China. Cells were aerobic, rod-shaped, yellow-pigmented, catalase- and oxidase-positive, Gram-stain-negative, non-motile and non-spore-forming. All strains were psychrotolerant and could grow at 0 °C.

Methods: We integrated the metataxonomic method with culturomics and genome sequencing analysis of selected isolated strains to better illustrate the taxonomic structure of the ocular surface microbiota. The metataxonomics used the full-length 16S rRNA gene sequences and the operational phylogenetic unit strategy, which can precisely identify the cultured and uncultured or potentially new taxa to species level based on the phylogenetic tree constructed.

Four bacterial strains (LJ126/S18 and Z-34/S20) recovered from faecal samples of Tibetan antelopes on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China were analysed using a polyphasic approach. All four isolates were aerobic, short rod-shaped, non-motile, Gram-stain-positive, acid-fast and fast-growing. Phylogenetic analyses based upon 16S rRNA and whole-genome sequences showed that the two pair of strains formed two distinct branches within the evolutionary radiation of the genus .

In this context, how these changes will affect the economic performance of enterprises and the environmental performance of the whole society remains unclear, along with how the willingness to pay and the environmental awareness of contractors will affect the pricing decisions of recycling enterprises and landfills. This study investigates the charging and recycling problem under different power structures in the reverse supply chain of C&DW, which is composed of waste generators (construction contractors) and two disposers (recycling enterprises and landfills).

However, the role of EZH2 in nonneoplastic diseases, such as kidney diseases, is unknown and has been investigated.
Materials And Method: NRK-52E cells were treated with DZNep, a potent inhibitor of EZH2, with different concentrations and for different times to evaluate the apoptosis level of NRK-52E cells by Western blot and Flow cytometry analysis.
