During invisalign treatment, as salivary proteins or glycoproteins fill the space between the teeth and the aligners, they can easily adhere to the teeth, forming an acquired cellular film on which bacteria are highly susceptible to colonizing, which in turn leads to the development of enamel white staining lesions (WSLs), one of the major complications of orthodontic treatment. Inhibiting the activity of cariogenic bacteria while promoting the remineralization of demineralized enamel is the key to preventing and treating WSLs. Currently, the drug commonly used in clinical practice for the treatment of WSLs is silver diamine fluoride, which, although it has both antimicrobial and remineralizing effects, suffers from problems such as pulpal irritation and tooth discoloration.

To investigate the effect of osseointegration of kaempferol loaded on the surface of micro-nanomorphic implants in ovariectomized rats. Titanium flakes were polished to obtain the PT group, anodized and acid-etched to obtain the NT and WNT groups, loaded with kaempferol to obtain the KNT and KWNT groups, and spin-coated on chitosan-gelatin composite film to obtain the KNT-CG and KWNT-CG groups. experiments were performed to observe the physicochemical properties of the titanium tablets in each group through scanning electron microscopy and contact angle experiments.

Objectives: This study aims to investigate the effect of RhoE expression on the migration and invasion of tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC).
Methods: Forty-eight TSCC cases were selected from the Maxillofacial Surgery Center of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from 2017 to 2019. The expression of RhoE in the specimens (TSCC and adjacent tissues) was detected by immunohistochemistry, and RhoE mRNA and protein were extracted to further detect the expression of RhoE.
