The diterpenoid oridonin is an extract from the herb Rabdosia rubescens, commonly used in Traditional Chinese medicine. Oridonin has putative inhibitory activity in many human cancers. This study continued investigations into the therapeutic potential of oridonin against gastric carcinoma, and the underlying mechanism.
