Therefore, we retrospectively evaluated whether LCT could improve the prognosis of NSCL patients with ORD after effective first-line PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors treatment.
Methods: A total of 132 patients with metastatic NSCLC who had received first-line PD-1/PD-L1inhibitors-based systemic treatment and developed ORD (defined as residual tumors limited to three organs and five lesions) were included.
Nine previously undescribed azulenoid-type sesquiterpenoids, including four common (1-4), four 5/6-cleaved (5-8), and one rearranged (9), were isolated from the edible-medicinal fungi Irpex lacteus. The structures of the compounds were established by combining spectroscopic methods, including integrated NMR, MS, and UV, as well as quantum C NMR and ECD calculations. All compounds exhibited a meaningful reduction in triglycerides activity.

Using data from the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS), this study examines the impact of Internet use on the mobility of rural low-income groups to the middle-income group from the perspective of income mobility. Controlling for household and provincial-level variables, the results of this study indicate that Internet use significantly promotes the mobility of rural low-income groups to the middle-income group, thereby facilitating the expansion of the rural middle-income group.

Objectives: Given the modest efficacy of docetaxel in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), this study assesses the therapeutic potential and safety profile of anlotinib in combination with docetaxel compared to docetaxel monotherapy as a second-line therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC.
Materials And Methods: In this phase II study, patients with advanced NSCLC experiencing failure with first-line platinum-based regimens were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either anlotinib plus docetaxel or docetaxel alone. Primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS), with overall survival (OS), objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), and safety as secondary endpoints.
