In this study, we constructed an environmental dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (E-DSGE) model that incorporates two types of environmental expenditure and financing constraints, and discussed their economic and environmental effects.

Caregivers' Burden on Patients with Dementia Having Multiple Chronic Diseases.

Purpose: This study aimed to find the caregiving burden level for patients with dementia who had multiple chronic diseases by simultaneously considering both patient and caregiver factors.

Participants And Methods: A cross-sectional study with 284 patients with dementia having multiple chronic diseases managed by the dementia collaborative care team at Changhua Christian Hospital in Taiwan was conducted. The input variables were from patients, such as age, gender, mood symptoms, and behavioral and psychological symptoms, and caregivers, including age, relation to the patient, caregiver's mood, and caregiving burden.

To evaluate the effects of neoadjuvant vascular endothelial growth factor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (VEGF-TKI) treatment on surgery in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC), sources from Embase, PubMed and the Cochrane Library databases collected from inception to December, 2022 were used for analysis in the present study, according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Data regarding surgical outcomes were collected. The pooled effect sizes were calculated in terms of the risk ratio (RR)/standard mean difference (SMD) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) using the random-effects model.

The Effectiveness of the Case Manager-Centered Collaborative Care Model with Computer-Assisted Assessment on Quality Indicators for the Care of Dementia.

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the influence of case management and its corresponding computer-assisted assessment system on the quality improvement of dementia care.
