Methods: Eighty-three consecutive patients with ischemic heart failure who underwent both Tc-MIBI gated SPECT MPI and F-FDG positron emission tomography (PET) myocardial metabolic imaging were retrospectively enrolled. SPECT/PET myocardial viability was defined as the reference standard.
