All-inorganic perovskite solar cells (APSCs) are a promising photovoltaic technology due to their unique physical and optical properties. For printable all-inorganic perovskite solar cells, the key factors limiting their photoelectric conversion performance are the crystallization of perovskite and the hole collection capability at the perovskite-carbon interface. In this study, leveraging the high-temperature tolerance of CsPbBr perovskite, the sublimation and recrystallization processes were controlled, significantly improving the crystalline quality of the perovskite and suppressing the generation of the nonphotovoltaic CsPbBr phase.
