[Effect of FLAG consolidation therapy on mobilization of autologous peripheral blood stem cells in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia].

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of FLAG consolidatory therapy on peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) mobilization in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) for autologous PBSC transplantation. A total of 15 AML patients were enrolled in this study. 10 patients were male, and 5 were female, with ages ranging from 14 to 51 (median 36) years.
