A one-pot novel strategy is described for the construction of various oxazolo[4,5-]quinoline derivatives starting from the isocyano(triphenylphosphoranylidene)acetates, aldehydes, amines, and 2-azidobenzoic acids. The reactions generated the target products directly in moderate to good yields via a sequential Ugi/Wittig/aza-Wittig cyclization process. The salient features of the method are that all three groups of the multifunctional isocyanides were involved in the reaction with broad substituent scopes and mild reaction conditions, making the protocol a useful contribution to the synthesis of oxazolo[4,5-]quinoline heterocycles.

The FDK algorithm is one of the most widely used algorithms for cone-beam CT reconstruction in circular trajectory due to its simplicity of implementation and computational efficiency. However, the images reconstructed by the FDK algorithm based on real projection data may be blurred without electronic correction and geometric calibration, and are often plagued by deleterious ring artifacts and shading artifacts. We have undertaken comparative studies of the number and phenotypes of erythrocytes in the peripheral blood of red crucian carp (RCC), blunt snout bream (BSB), and their hybrids, including triploids, tetraploids, and pentaploids. The results indicate that the mean nuclear volume of erythrocytes in peripheral blood increases regularly with increasing ploidy. Furthermore, many more mature erythrocytes have a dumbbell nucleus in the peripheral blood of polyploid hybrids compared with their diploid parents.

Uniform and well-dispersed photoluminescent semiconductor CdS (cadmium sulfide) QDs (quantum dots) were in situ prepared inside Generation 4.0-NH(2) PAMAM (polyamidoamine) dendrimers in methanol, methanol and water mixed solutions of volume ratio 1:9, respectively.
