Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is a rare neurologic manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome. We report a case of a 49-year-old woman who presented to the emergency department with recurrent episodes of transient clumsiness of the left upper extremity. Background/purpose: Atherothrombosis is a generalized disease affecting different vascular beds, making it the leading cause of death worldwide. To evaluate the long-term risk of atherothrombotic risk factors and determine the predictors for atherothrombotic events, an international, prospective, observational study was initiated, in which Taiwan was involved.

Intravascular lymphomatosis is a rare extra-nodal form of diffuse, large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that causes a myriad of neurological symptoms, including focal neurological deficits, cognitive decline, and seizure. Intravascular lymphomatosis is difficult to make ante-mortem diagnosis because of its variable clinical presentation and non-specific laboratory findings.
