The genus Microbacterium in the phylum Actinomycetota contains over 100 species to date that little is known about their bioactive metabolites production. In this study, a mangrove sediment-derived strain B2969 was identified as a novel type strain within the genus Microbacterium due to the low 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (< 99%), and low overall genome relatedness indices (ANI, 75.4%-79.

Currently, the main method to improve the electrical insulation properties is to introduce wide band gap two-dimensional (2D) fillers, such as Boron Nitride Nanosheets (BNNS) or mica flakes, but this inevitably affects the mechanical properties and optical transparency. Cellulose acetate (CA) is originated from acetylation of natural cellulose, and the higher number of hydrogen bond donors on the molecular chain enables it to interbond with many polymers.

In this work, we developed an economical and sensitive quantum dots (QDs)/QD microbead (QDs/QB)-based multiplex immunochromatographic assay (mICA) for the rapid detection of fumonisin B (FB), zearalenone (ZEN), and ochratoxin A (OTA) without the building-up process of mycotoxin conjugates. QDs and QBs were selected as fluorescent reporters and conjugated with antimycotoxin monoclonal antibodies for improving sensitivity.
