Background: Based on previous research, it is well-established that myasthenia gravis (MG) is linked to chronic inflammation. However, the exact nature of the relationship between inflammatory factors and the development of MG remains unclear. Consequently, the objective of this study is to explore whether alterations in the levels of inflammatory factors, as influenced by genetic factors, are associated with the occurrence of MG.

Article Synopsis
  • - This study presents a new method for creating oxime ethers and derivatives by using visible light to drive a reaction between alcohols and sulfonyl oxime ethers, utilizing xanthate salts to activate the alcohols.
  • - The process allows for efficient transformation of a variety of alcohols, including primary alcohols, under mild conditions in a one-pot setup, simplifying the reaction process.
  • - Notably, this method eliminates the need for external photocatalysts or complex electron donor-acceptor formations, making it more straightforward and versatile.

A novel and environmentally attractive C(sp)-H azidation of 2-oxindoles involving the formation of a C-N bond was developed. This methodology achieved for the first time 3-azido-2-oxindole construction under metal-free conditions at room temperature via a radical strategy. PhI(OAc) was used as the oxidant and EtN was used as the additive in this transformation.
