Due to the significant relationships between structure and properties, the controlled construction of atomically precise metal clusters presents both a formidable challenge and great importance. The innovative synthesis of well-defined silver nanoclusters with near-infrared II (NIR-II) luminescent properties may inspire further exploration of functional metal nanoclusters for bioimaging applications. In this study, we employed the multidentate chelating nitrogen ligand 3,5-di(2-pyridyl)pyrazole (Hbpypz) to construct three unprecedented silver nanoclusters: [Ag(bpypz)] (), [Ag(bpypz)] (), and [Ag(bpypz)] ().

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the behavioral and event-related potential (ERP) characteristics of implicit schemas in MDD patients.
Methods: The current study recruited 40 patients with MDD and 33 healthy controls (HCs).

Exchange blood transfusion (ET) reportedly improves the outcomes of the patients with severe pertussis accompanied with deadly complications continued to worsen despite intensive therapeutic measures. This study assessed the medical records of 12 patients with severe pertussis requiring ET therapy who were admitted to our medical center. Of the 12 patients requiring ET therapy, 8 survived and 4 died.

Nonetheless, data of the effect on the FeNO values throughout the bronchodilator test and the differences in FeNO values between BDR positive (BDR+) and negative (BDR-) children with asthma are still limited. We aimed to evaluate the effect of the BDR test on FeNO and the differences in FeNO levels between BDR+ and BDR- children with asthma.

Clinically, IMO can be diagnosed with medical examination, bone mineral density test and whole genome sequencing.
Case Presentation: We present the case of a 4-month-old male infant with abnormal skull development, hypocalcemia and premature closure of the cranial sutures.
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection is the main cause of lower respiratory tract infection in children. However, there is no effective treatment for RSV infection. Here, we aimed to identify potential biomarkers to aid in the treatment of RSV infection.

Cognitive impairment has been observed in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD). However, it remains unclear whether the deficits in specific cognitive domains are present in first-episode, drug-naïve patients or medicated patients. In the present study, using the CogState battery (CSB) Chinese language version, we evaluated the visual, working, and verbal memory in first-episode drug-naive patients and medicated patients with MDD in a Chinese population.

A 2-year ICS step-down and withdrawal strategy has been developed for asthmatic children receiving 3-year subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT).
Methods: Eleven children were included into the SCIT group and 13 children into the ICS group.
Parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP), a ubiquitously expressed protein, is composed of four functional domains including N-terminus, mid region, nuclear localization signal (NLS) and C-terminus. Under the direction of NLS, PTHrP can enter cell nucleus from cytoplasm and stimulate mitogenesis. Although PTHrP is considered to have important developmental roles, the role of PTHrP NLS and C-terminus in developmental process remains unknown, especially in T-cell development.

Although MP pneumonia is usually benign and self-limited, in some cases it can develop into life-threating refractory MP pneumonia (RMPP). However, the pathogenesis of RMPP is poorly understood.

Few prognostic factors achieved worldwide acknowledgment. In the present study, we retrospectively collected the children with respiratory adenoviral infection and identified the predictive factors of BO.

Not all patients are sensitive to anti-depressants currently in use, side-effects are unavoidable during therapy, and the cases with effectiveness are always accompanied with delayed onset of clinical efficacy. Delivering brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) to brain seems to be a promising therapy.

When the recombinant plasmid pGEM-T Easy/NT4-NAP was digested by EcoRI, 297 bp fragments can be obtained and NT4-NAP sequence was consistent with the designed sequence confirmed by DNA sequencing. When the recombinant plasmid pSSCMV/NT4-NAP was digested by EcoRI, 297 bp fragments is visible.

Methods: There were 30 adults' cadaveric knee specimens. The ACL femoral tunnel was reconstructed through anterior medial approach (AMP) in genuflex position of 120 degree, and was marked by Kirschner.
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Stoppa approach and posterior percutaneous plate in treating type C pelvic fracture.
Methods: From June 2009 to July 2011,16 patients with type C pelvic fracture were treated with reconstruction plate fixation in Stoppa approach for anterior lesions combined with posterior percutaneous plate fixation for posterior lesions. There were 11 males and 5 females, with an average age of 38.
Purpose: To establish 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis images and compare the differences of serum proteins of oral lichen planus patients before and after hydroxychloroquine therapy.
Methods: The serum of oral lichen planus patients before and after hydroxychloroquine therapy were collected, and total protein were extracted. Differential proteome profiles were established and analysed by means of 2-DE and MALDI-TOF-MS.
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and clinical effects of single bundle anterior cruciate ligament anatomical reconstruction with remnant preservation.
Methods: From October 2007 to November 2009, 17 patients (10 male and 7 female, ranging in age from 28 to 62 years, with an average of 39.3 years) with posterior cruciate ligament injuries were treated with single bundle anatomical reconstruction with remnant preservation.
A central problem in understanding the dopamine system in anxiety and depression is to specify functions of different members of the dopamine receptor family. Recent studies have reported that the dopamine D2/D3 receptor agonist pramipexole exerts an antidepressant-like effect in the chronic mild stress model and in the behavioral despair model, suggesting dopamine D3 receptor may be an important target for antidepressant actions. The aim of the present study was to examine the role of dopamine D3 receptor on the anxiety-like and depression-like behaviors induced by immobilization stress.

The first branchial arch malformation (FBAM) is a rare congenital defect associated with anomalous development of the first and second branchial arches. Cause of FBAM still remains unknown, and is thought in most cases to be multifactorial, involving both genetic and enviromental factors. Dlx2 as a member of the Dlx homeobox gene family, plays a crucial role in the development of the first branchial arch.
