Background: Several interventions have been investigated addressing perinatal depression; however, interventions have not been compared using both direct and indirect evidence. This study compared the relative effectiveness of all interventions that prevent depression (objective 1) or treat depression symptoms (objective 2) in perinatal women.
Methods: Eight databases searched from their inception to March 2024.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the neuropsychiatric symptoms of quarantined COVID-19 survivors 15 months after discharge and explore its potential association with structural and functional brain changes and inflammation.
Methods: A total of 51 quarantined COVID-19 survivors and 74 healthy controls were included in this study. Cognitive function was assessed using the THINC-integrated tool.
A series of novel ziyuglycoside II derivatives were synthesized based on the classical 1,2,3-triazole moiety. Among the tested derivatives (Z-1 - Z-15), the compound Z-15 demonstrated the most potent antiproliferative effect on K562, MCF-7 and MV411 cell lines. Moreover, Z-15 did not show obvious cytotoxicity on MCF-10A cell, a human normal mammary epithelial cell.

Although social deficits are common in ACC patients, it is rare for a social anxiety disorder to occur.
Case Presentation: To report a 17-year-old adolescent with complete ACC associated with social anxiety disorder, depression, impulsive behavior, and other neurodevelopmental defects such as intellectual disabilities.
Senecavirus A (SVA) is a newly emerging etiological agent of vesicular disease associated with sow abortion and acute piglet death, causing devastating economic consequences to global pig industry. IFN-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats (IFIT) genes are versatile in combating a variety of viruses, but the detailed mechanisms-of-action against SVA is unexplored. Transcriptomic analysis and immunoblot revealed high abundance of IFIT transcripts and proteins following SVA infection, initially implying the correlation between IFITs and SVA.

Herein, a recombinant ASFV mutant, ASFV-Δ9L/Δ7R, bearing combinational deletions of MGF360-9L and MGF505-7R, was constructed from the highly virulent ASFV strain CN/GS/2018 of genotype II that is currently circulating in China.
