Background: Antibacterial therapy plays a crucial role in neonatal infections. The efficacy of antibacterial agents is closely related to the actual dose given to neonates. So we evaluated factors potentially affecting the actual dose of intravenous antibiotics during dispensing process in neonates.

Method: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging data of 206 patients pathologically confirmed with prostate carcinoma and receiving radical prostatectomy at Xiangyang No. 1 People's Hospital from February 2015 to August 2021.
Aim: To investigate the role of valproic acid (VPA), a class I selective histone deacetylase inhibitor, on Michigan Cancer Foundation (MCF)-7 breast cancer cells, named and explore its possible molecular mechanism.
Methods: MCF-7 cells were cultured with sodium valproate (0. 5-4.

Anesthetics and psychoactive drugs could relieve diseases, if used properly. However, they can cause dependency, and their misuse or abuse could adversely affect people's health and social stability. For a long time, the Chinese government has been reinforcing the regulation on anesthetics and psychoactive drugs to ensure their legal and proper usage, and to prevent abuse.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of biofeedback therapy on sleep bruxism, compared with occlusal splint. Twenty-four volunteers with sleep bruxism were divided into two groups: the GTB group that were treated with biofeedback therapy (n = 12) and the GTO group that were treated with occlusal splint (n = 12).

Methods: 3D finite element models with three differential coping designs of an all-ceramic crown on, the upper central incisor were constructed using CAD (computer aided design) software. The coping, designs included: CC (conventional coping), MCL (modified coping without veneer coverage in lingual, surface) and MCM (modified coping without veneer coverage in lingual margin).

Objective: To investigate the stress distributions under load in an all-ceramic crown of the upper central incisor in differential thickness.
Methods: The 3-dimensional finite element model of all-ceramic crown of the upper central incisor in differential thickness was applied with differential loads (100, 150, 200 N). The stress values and distributions of all-ceramic crown were calculated and expressed.
Aim: To prepare a new oral colon-specific delivery formulation and to investigate the release profile in vitro and the colon-specific delivery property in vivo in dogs.
Methods: Sodium 4-aminosalicylic acid was selected as the model drug. The combination of Eudragit RL30D and RS30D were used as sustained-release film, and Eudragit FS30D used as enteric film, which was expected to release drug depending on pH and time.
