Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a powerful tool that provides valuable insight into the molecular contents of chemical and biological samples. However, interpreting Raman spectra from complex or dynamic datasets remains challenging, particularly for highly heterogeneous biological samples like extracellular vesicles (EVs).
