Purpose: To explore the feasibility of pretreatment whole-lesion apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) histogram in predicting local recurrence of aggressive spinal tumors.
Methods: 119 aggressive spinal tumor patients (median age, 40; range, 13-74 years) confirmed by pathological findings with a mean follow-up of 36 months were enrolled and divided into the recurrence and non-recurrence group.
Purpose: To explore the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of anthrax meningoencephalitis.
Methods: The clinical data of two cases of anthrax meningoencephalitis were summarized and the relevant literature was reviewed.

Immunomodulatory agent lenalidomide is effective in treating follicular lymphoma (FL). We conducted the first trial of immunotherapy rituximab plus lenalidomide in newly diagnosed FL in China (NCT03715309). One-hundred and fifteen patients were enrolled and treated with rituximab 375 mg/m intravenously on day 0 and lenalidomide 25 mg orally on day 1-10 for 6 cycles of induction treatment, as well as lenalidomide for 6 cycles and rituximab for 8 cycles of maintenance treatment.

Background: A deep learning (DL) model that can automatically detect and classify cervical canal and neural foraminal stenosis using cervical spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
Methods: A method comprising region-of-interest (ROI) detection and cascade prediction was formulated for diagnosing cervical spinal stenosis based on a DL model. First, three part-specific convolutional neural networks were employed to detect the ROIs in different parts of the cervical MR images.
A series of integrin αβ targeting BODIPY-RGD conjugate were designed and synthesized. Their in vitro and in vivo fluorescence imaging behaviors were investigated. We conducted an open-label, phase 2 nonrandomised, externally controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted agents plus CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone) (CHOPX) for PTCL in the front-line setting.

In this work, various novel pyridinyl- and pyridinium-modified Aza-BODIPY PSs were designed and constructed based on monoiodo Aza-BODIPY PSs ( and ) in an attempt to construct "structure-inherent organelles-targeted" PSs to endow potential organelle-targeting ability. Pyridinyl PSs displayed potent photodynamic efficacy, and monorigidified PSs were very effective. The monorigidified PS with -pyridinyl moiety displayed the most potent photoactivity and negligible dark toxicity with a favorable dark/phototoxicity ratio (>4800).
