Background: Venous malformations are congenital developmental abnormalities that consist of enlarged dysplastic blood vessels. The tongue is a common site of venous malformations in the head and neck region. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the therapeutic effect of using electrochemical therapy (ECT) combined with local injection of pingyangmycin (PYM) for venous malformations in the tongue.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of propranolol on urine bFGF, MMP-2, MMP-9 expression of children with proliferative infantile hemangioma(IH), so as to clarify the mechanism of propranolol in treating IH.
Methods: From June 2018 to June 2019, thirty-four children with proliferative IH were treated with oral propranolol. In addition, twenty-one normal children (age <12 months) were chosen as the control group.
Land ecological security is the core of regional coordinated economic development and land ecological security planning. In this paper, with Shenzhen as the research area, 28 evaluation indicators were selected from 5 dimensions based on the DPSIR model to construct an indicator system for land ecological security evaluation, so as to evaluate the land ecological security status in the research area from 2009 to 2019. Based on the TOPSIS evaluation model, regional levels were determined, and finally the GM (1,1) model was adopted to scientifically predict the land ecological security system of Shenzhen from 2020 to 2025.

An animal experimental study of the histopathological effects of different mass concentrations of pingyangmycin on the normal lip tissue of rabbits was also conducted.
Methods: (I) We retrospectively analysed 98 out-patients with lip venous malformation in the Stomatological Hospital and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2008 to June 2013.
Background: The growth differentiation factor 5 (GDF5) gene regulates the growth of neuronal axons and dendrites and plays a role in the inflammatory response and tissue damage. The gene may also be associated with chronic postsurgical pain. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between SNPs in the GDF5 gene and orthopedic chronic postsurgical pain in Han Chinese population based on a case-control study.

The aim of the present study was to determine the effects of microRNA (miR/miRNA)-136-5p and its downstream target, Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1 (ROCK1), on LSCC and HPSCC progression and cisplatin sensitivity. The miRNA and protein expression levels in head and neck cancer cell lines were evaluated using reverse transcription-quantitative PCR and western blotting, respectively.

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of propranolol on the function of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), in order to preliminarily elucidate the mechanism of propranolol in the treatment of IHs.
Methods: HUVECs were treated with different concentrations of propranolol (30 M, 60 M, 90 M, and 120 M) with or without VEGF.

Methods: RA inpatients with damp-heat-obstruction symptom pattern (partly with knee joint effusion) were selected as the research subjects. Before the treatment, healthy subjects and osteoarthritis (OA) patients with knee joint effusion were assigned to the serum control group and the synovial fluid control group, respectively; during the treatment, RA patients with damp-heat-obstruction symptom pattern were divided into two groups: one is combined group that was administered Sanhuangyilong decoction plus MTX; the other group was MTX group that received MTX only.
Carbon nanofibers (CNFs) have wide applications in energy storage devices, electrically conducting composites, selective adsorbents, and catalyst supports. Catalytic chemical vapor deposition was carried out in this work to synthesize CNFs at mild temperatures of 700 and 800 degrees C. Non-ferromagnetic metal complexes of La, Nb, and Ti, spread on porous NaX-type zeolite support, were tested as new catalyst.

To detect the inflamed endothelium via imaging analysis or guide the drug to target lesions is therefore important for early diagnosis and treatment of vascular inflammatory diseases. In this study, we obtained a novel peptide NTTTH through high throughout biopanning and bioinformatic analysis.

Methods: One hundred and ninety-four patients with venous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region were included and treated by pingyangmycin injection with different concentrations. For superficial cutaneous venous malformations, the concentration of pingyangmycin was 8mg/mL while 8mg/5mL for venous malformations limited to oral mucosa or submucosa.
We investigated the clinical efficacy of propranolol in treating proliferating infantile haemangiomas, and the serological changes in vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) during treatment. Propranolol was given orally to 35 infants with proliferating haemangiomas in a dose of 1.0-1.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of electrochemical therapy (ECT) combined with pingyangmycin (PYM) injection for the treatment of high-return flow venous malformation.
Methods: A total of 68 cases of the high-return flow venous malformation were retrospectively analyzed, in which 32 cases received simplely ECT,and 36 cases received ECT combined with PYM injection. The patients were followed up from 6 to 30 months.
This study presents a novel approach to decant supernatant on a centrifugal platform. By manipulating the centrifugally induced pressure and the elastic deformation of the plastic lids in the decanting chamber, fixed amounts of the supernatant can be decanted into the detection chamber at lower rotational speeds. The experimental results showed that decanted volume is affected by the volume of deformation and the operating parameters.

Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of mast cell, Clusterin/apoJ and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) in the different stages of human dermal hemangioma.
Methods: Immunohistochemical stain technique (SABC) and toluidine blue (TB) stain technique were respectively used to detect the expression level of Clusterin/apoJ and TGF-beta and the number of mast cells in the different stages of human dermal hemangioma.
Results: There was remarkable statistical difference between the advanced stage of proliferative hemangioma and the other stages of proliferative hemangioma in the number of mast cell(P<0.
