Pyrene (Pr) was used to improve the electrochemical and electrochromic properties of polythiophene copolymerized with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT). The corresponding product, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene-co-Pyrene) (P(EDOT-co-Pr)), was successfully synthesized by electrochemical polymerization with different monomer concentrations in propylene carbonate solution containing 0.1 M lithium perchlorate (LiClO/PC (0.

In this study, we report the first cases of CZA resistance to develop during treatment of CRKP infections and identify the resistance mechanism.
Methods: APB/EDTA and NG-Test CARBA5 were used to detect the production of carbapenemase, whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and conjugation experiment were used to identify potential resistance mechanisms of CZA-susceptible (HX1032) and -resistant (HX1192) isolates.
The ability to achieve independent complex amplitude control across multiple channels can significantly increase the information capacity of photonic devices. Diffraction inherently holds numerous channels, which are good candidates for dense light manipulation in angular space. However, no convenient method is currently available for attaining this.

Objective: In this study we report the complete genome sequence of a hypervirulent ST65 Klebsiella pneumoniae isolate harbouring mcr-8 from China. The aim was to investigate its molecular characteristics and resistance mechanisms.
Methods: Colistin-resistant hypervirulent K.
The composition and physiochemical properties of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) significantly impact the electrochemical cyclability of the Li metal. Here, we introduce a trace dual-salt electrolyte additive (TDEA) that accelerates LiF production from FEC decomposition and improves the LiF distribution, resulting in earlier LiF precipitation and the formation of a LiF-rich SEI on the Li anode. TDEA at a millimolar-level concentration was found to alter the morphology of deposited Li, suppress Li dendrite formation, and increase the cycling time and operating current density for Li anodes.

Currently, there is a paucity of comprehensive descriptions regarding the immunoregulatory mechanisms and early diagnostic biomarkers associated with PMOP. This study aims to examine immune-related differentially expressed genes (IR-DEGs) in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of PMOP patients to identify immunological patterns and diagnostic biomarkers.

The aim of this study was to assess MCT4 expression in primary tumor and liver oligometastases, investigate its impact on immune cell infiltration and its prognostic value for CLO patients undergoing liver resection.
Methods: We retrospectively selected 135 CLO patients who underwent curative liver resection between June 1999 and December 2016, and samples included 74 primary tumor tissues and 122 liver metastases.
Background: The log odds of positive lymph nodes (LODDS) was considered a superior staging system to N stage in colon cancer, yet its value in determining the optimal duration of adjuvant chemotherapy for stage III colon cancer patients has not been evaluated. This study aims to assess the prognostic value of a model that combines LODDS with clinicopathological information for stage III colon cancer patients and aims to stratify these patients using the model, identifying individuals who could benefit from varying durations of adjuvant chemotherapy.
Method: A total of 663 consecutive patients diagnosed with stage III colon cancer, who underwent colon tumor resection between November 2007 and June 2020 at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center and Longyan First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, were enrolled in this study.
Objective: To investigate pantothenate kinases 1 (PANK1) expression in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) tissues, analyze its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis, and explore its impact on invasion, migration, and apoptosis in KIRC cells.
Methods: GEPIA (gene expression profiling interactive analysis), UALCAN and LinkedOmics, were employed to analyze PANK1 expression in KIRC tissues and its correlation with clinical characteristics. Comparative analyses were performed between KIRC (Caki-1 and 786-O) and noncancerous renal cells (HK-2 and RPTEC).
Although the safety and short-term outcomes of robotic surgery for sigmoid colon and rectal cancer patients are well-documented, there is limited research on the long-term survival outcomes of robotic colorectal surgery. This is a retrospective study that includes 502 patients who underwent either laparoscopic or robotic anterior resection and abdominoperineal resection for rectal or sigmoid colon cancer between August 2016 and September 2021. All patients were diagnosed with rectal or sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma.

Methods: A proteome-wide Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was employed to determine associations between genetically predicted protein concentrations in plasma and PCa risk.
Purpose: Resilience is considered as a protective factor that can assist individuals to reduce post-traumatic stress reactions. In recent years, armies in many countries have widely implemented resilience training programs before deployment to prevent or reduce post-deployment combat stress reactions. Therefore, this study aims to review what is known about resilience interventions for military personnel in pre deployment.

Herein, we designed and explored a sandwich-type electrochemical sensor for highly sensitive detection of AFP based on aptamer (Apt)-AFP-Ab interaction mode with silver@gold (Ag@Au) core-shell nanoparticles (NPs) as a signal amplifier. AuNPs were electrodeposited onto MXene (TiCT)-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to get AuNPs/MXene/GCE and further used as the signal amplification substrate.

However, few studies have reported on the prognostic value of the PSN panel in stage III colon cancer patients receiving capecitabine and oxaliplatin adjuvant chemotherapy.
Objectives: This study aimed to validate PSN's prognostic impact on stage III colon cancer, identifying candidates for optimized adjuvant chemotherapy duration.
Background: Intrahepatic recurrence is one of the main causes of treatment failure in patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM). Hepatic steatosis was reported to provide fertile soil for metastasis. The effect of irinotecan-inducted hepatic steatosis on the progression of liver metastasis remains to be verified.

To effectively detect and govern online rumors, it is necessary to conduct in-depth semantic analysis and understand the content features of rumors. This paper proposes a TFI domain ontology construction method, which aims to achieve semantic parsing and reasoning of the rumor text content.

In this study, we demonstrate the therapeutically effects and the underlying mechanisms of microglial repopulation in the laser-induced choroidal neovascularization (CNV) model of exudative AMD.
Methods: The CSF1R inhibitor PLX3397 was used to establish a treatment paradigm for microglial repopulation in the retina.
Rumor governance is an important guarantee for social stability and public safety. Based on the life cycle and crisis cycle model, this paper conducts a synergistic analysis of China's rumor governance policies and regulations and the core scientific research literature on rumor governance in WOS and CNKI. In this paper, we use the TF-IDF algorithm to count the word frequencies of 326 policy and regulation texts, the Jieba-RoBERTa-Kmeans model to cluster high-frequency keywords, and CiteSpace software and the LLR clustering algorithm are utilized to extract and cluster keywords from 391 documents in the WOS database and from 703 documents in the CNKI database.
