Objective: To investigate the expression of API2-MALT1 fusion gene mRNA and its effect on protein of API2, Caspase3 and Ki67 in gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma (Extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue).
Methods: The mRNA of API2-MALT1 fusion transcript was assayed in 33 archival cases of gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma by RT-PCR and nested PCR. According to the expression of API2-MALT1 mRNA or not, 33 cases of MALT lymphoma were divided into two groups.

Mixed hydroxy-Al-Fe pillared montmorillonites with large basal spacing were successfully prepared through cation-exchanging of Na+ - montmorillonite with mixed hydroxy-Al and hydroxy-Fe pillaring solutions made from hydrolysis of corresponding metal salts, followed by calcination to convert hydroxy-Al and hydroxy-Fe into intercalated polycations. Rapid degradation of bensulfuron-methyl upon repeated application in paddy soils was studied. The results showed that the DT50 of bensulfuron-methyl was reduced from 16 d to 9 d in soil with one-year bensulfuron-methyl application. Rapid bensulfuron-methyl degradation was happened to previously untreated soil by addition 5% rapid bensulfuron-methyl adapted soil and was inhibited following pre-treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotic chloramphenicol.

Objective: To evaluate the status of cell differentiation in nasal NK/T cell lymphomas.
Methods: The clinical data of 88 cases of NK/T cell lymphomas were collected. Antibodies to the following antigens were used in the immunohistochemical study: T cell differentiation antigens (CD3epsilon, CD5 and CD1a); NK cell associated antigens (CD56, CD57) and antibodies of CD34 and CD38.

Adsorption of atrazine, prometryne and prometon was determined on six soils with different physical and chemical properties. The adsorption isotherms of three herbicides could well fit Freundlich equation. On all of six soils, adsorption of herbicides increased in the order: atrazine approximately = prometon < prometryne.

Objective: To explore the pathogenic characteristics and management of brain injury in patients injured by high voltage electricity.
Methods: One hundred and thirty eight patients injured by electricity were enrolled in this study. Postburn brain injury was diagnosed by clinical sighs and imaging analysis.
Aim: To investigate the aquation of oxaliplatin in aqueous solution at different temperatures and gain the kinetic data.
Methods: Electronic conductometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to measure the oxaliplatin content in the reaction systems at different time.
Results: The aquation of oxaliplatin followed a pseudo-first-order rate law.
The characteristics of different types of MnO(2) catalytic ozonation of sulfosalicylic acid (SSal) and propionic acid (PPA) have been investigated in this paper. The experimental results show the dependence of catalytic activity of MnO(2) on organic compounds and the pH of solutions, but it is independent on the type of MnO(2). For example, three types of MnO(2) have not any catalytic activity when ozonation of PPA under the condition of this experiment.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFAdsorption of chloroacetanilide herbicides on homoionic montmorillonite, soil humic acid, and their mixtures was studied by coupling batch equilibration and FT-IR analysis. Adsorption isotherms of acetochlor, alachlor, metolachlor and propachlor on Ca(2+)-, Mg(2+)-, Al(3+)- and Fe(3+)-saturated clays were well described by the Freundlich equation. Regardless of the type of exchange cations, Kf decreased in the order of metolachlor > acetolachlor > alachlor > propachlor on the same clay.
