Objectives: The modern approach to managing noncavitated white spot lesions (WSLs) emphasizes noninvasive strategies and biomimetic remineralization. Biomimetic scaffolds are designed to regenerate dental tissues rather than simply repair them. Materials And Methods: 45 patients subjected to accidental traumatic pulp exposures by undergraduate dental students are allocated for this study. For each patient, a pulp capping procedure was done.
