Finesse in Fleur-de-lis Abdominoplasty.

Body contouring for weight loss patients usually requires not only lifting but also some extent of central body tightening to achieve complete tissue readjustment. Fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty provides best vector correction with nice contouring results, especially for central body type patients, with superior waist definition with or without associated circumferential belt lipectomies. Submerged vascular anastomosis. A technique for vascular suturing in experimental microsurgery.

Purpose: To evaluate the impact of submersion of the microsurgical anastomosis suture area using saline (0.9% NaCl) in an experimental laboratory during the training of medical students and resident physicians.
