<b><br>Aim:</b> The aim of our study was to assess the outcomes of stent-graft coverage of the hypogastric artery in the management of aortoiliac aneurysms with endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR).</br> <b><br>Material and methods:</b> From January 2013 to March 2017, a total of 93 patients with aortoiliac aneurysms were treated with EVAR, which required occlusion of one or both of the hypogastric arteries.
