Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) has emerged as a significant adjunctive component in the treatment of high-grade gliomas following the EF-14 trial in 2017. The incorporation of TTFields, alongside cyclic temozolomide therapy, has demonstrated improved patient outcomes when the usage exceeds 18 h per day (75% usage). analysis of the EF-14 trial has demonstrated that therapy usage exceeding 90% is associated with an additional benefit, while rates above 50% have also proven effective in literature.

Material And Methods: Patients treated for a 1p/19q-codeleted and IDH-mutant ODG were evaluated.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify and systematically analyze relevant literature on surgical site infections (SSIs) associated with implantable pulse generator (IPG) procedures for deep brain stimulation (DBS).
Materials And Methods: In compliance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analyses of 58 studies that reported SSI rates of 11,289 patients and 15,956 IPG procedures. A meta-analysis of proportions was performed to estimate the pooled proportion of SSIs across DBS procedures in general and to estimate the proportion of SSIs that occur at the IPG pocket.
Background: Aneurysmal rerupture is one of the most important determents for outcome after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and still occurs frequently because individual risk assessment is challenging given the heterogeneity in patient characteristics and aneurysm morphology.
Objective: To develop and internally validate a practical prediction model to estimate the risk of aneurysmal rerupture before aneurysm closure.
Methods: We designed a multinational cohort study of 2 prospective hospital registries and 3 retrospective observational studies to predict the risk of computed tomography confirmed rebleeding within 24 and 72 hours after ictus.
Introduction: Local ablative therapy (LAT) improves survival in oligometastatic lung cancer (OMD), but there is limited information on recurrence patterns, re-treatments and in particular the role of brain metastases during the course of disease.
