Lacrimal sac lymphoma: a case report.

Primary lymphoma originating from the lacrimal drainage system is a rare disease. Such lymphomas are mostly B-cell in origin and present nonspecific symptoms. The treatment of malignant lymphoma of the lacrimal drainage system is slightly different.

Trochlear pain: clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes.

Trochlear pain is frequently overlooked as published data regarding the clinical characteristic and current treatment are limited. The aim of this study is to evaluate this information from our experiences with trochlear pain. Medical records of 43 patients with trochlear pain from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center between November 2010 and April 2017 were reviewed.

Variations of the Double Eyelid and the Upper Tarsus in Asians.

Objective: To identify the variations of the double eyelid shapes and the tarsal shapes in Asians and find the association between them.

Material And Method: Healthy subjects with natural double eyelid and age between 20-40 years were enrolled. Characteristics and variations of the eyelid shapes and the tarsal shapes were evaluated.

Surgical debulking for idiopathic dacryoadenitis: a diagnosis and a cure.

Purpose: Idiopathic inflammatory tumor of the lacrimal gland, also called idiopathic dacryoadenitis, generally is treated with high-dose, long-term systemic corticosteroids, despite their limited success, high recurrence rate, and incidence of drug-induced side effects. This study describes the outcome of patients with idiopathic dacryoadenitis who were managed with surgical debulking.

Design: Retrospective case series from 2 tertiary referral centers.
