Orbital hemangiomas are benign vascular tumors commonly affecting infants and young children, often manifesting with proptosis, eyelid swelling, or discoloration. Propranolol has emerged as the primary therapy due to its efficacy in promoting regression and minimizing complications. Here, we present a case of a previously healthy six-month-old male infant with progressive right eyelid swelling and discoloration.
