The group's objective was to communicate to market analysts the long-term downside risks of investments in pesticides, in the hope that dissemination of this information would contribute to increasing corporate accountability and safeguarding public and environmental health. Results: Six hundred eighty-one patients underwent living donor nephrectomy during a 20-year period without any mortality.
Redo retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) for the treatment of germ cell tumors (GCTs) is an uncommonly performed procedure. We report on 9 patients who underwent redo RPLND at the University of Wisconsin (UW) between January 1988 and December 1990. Indications for redo RPLND include: residual retroperitoneal mass after initial RPLND and chemotherapy, normal alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and beta subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (B-HCG), otherwise negative metastatic workup, and evidence that the mass is resectable.

A patient with a symptomatic pelvic lymphocele after pelvic lymph node dissection and radical retropubic prostatectomy was treated laparoscopically. Technical aspects of laparoscopic marsupialization of lymphoceles are described, and the laparoscopic approach is compared with other modalities available for treating lymphoceles.
