Taking the conducted model test by authors as the research object, this paper first carries out detailed numerical analysis and verifies the reliability of the established model. Furthermore, the test phenomenon is explained based on numerical analysis, while parameter analysis is carried out, which mainly includes soil deformation between piles and soil deformation inside and outside excavation. The research results show that when the inclination angle of the piles is small (such as 10°), all or most of the soil (the range of the pile top to 0.

The development of a scalable and effective vaccine against the ongoing epidemic of mpox is urgently needed. We previously constructed two bivalent MPXV mRNA vaccines, LBA (B6R-A29L) and LAM (A35R-M1R), and a quadrivalent mRNA vaccine, LBAAM (B6R-A35R-A29L-M1R).

Methods: The study utilized databases such as PhosphositePlus, TRANSFAC, CHEA, GPS 5.0, and TCGA, along with experimental techniques including Western Blot, co-IP, in vitro kinase assay, construction of lentiviral overexpression and silencing vectors, immunoprecipitation, modified proteomics, immunofluorescence, ChIP-PCR, EdU assay, Transwell assay, and scratch assay to investigate the effects of AKT1-induced Notch1 phosphorylation on cell proliferation, invasion and migration in vitro, as well as growth and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in vivo.

Background: () infection exhibits a familial clustering phenomenon.
Aim: To investigate the prevalence of infection, identify associated factors, and analyze patterns of transmission within families residing in the community.
Methods: From July 2021 to September 2021, a total of 191 families (519 people) in two randomly chosen community health service centers in the Chengguan District of Lanzhou in Gansu Province, were recruited to fill out questionnaires and tested for infection.
In practice, collecting auxiliary labeled data with same feature space from multiple domains is difficult. Thus, we focus on the heterogeneous transfer learning to address the problem of insufficient sample sizes in neuroimaging. Viewing subjects, time, and features as dimensions, brain activation and dynamic functional connectivity data can be treated as high-order heterogeneous data with heterogeneity arising from distinct feature space.

Survival data for 3970 participants were obtained from National Death Index (NDI) records associated with the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) dataset, the associations of NPAR, NLR, and SII with all-cause and CVD mortality were analyzed using multivariate COX regression modeling, restricted cubic spline (RCS) was used to explore nonlinear relationships and to determine the inflection point, regrouping was done according to the nonlinear inflection point, using multivariate COX regression modeling, subgroup analysis, and the Kaplan-Meier survival curves to evaluate differences in risk of death between the two groups. Time-dependent receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis was conducted to assess the predictive efficacy of NPAR, NLR, and SII on survival outcomes.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is deeply changing our lives and provides impetus for improving production and living efficiency as an important emerging tool. Digitalization and intelligent development have also become the development direction of the sports industry, bringing new requirements to the transformation of physical education (PE) and the improvement of the quality of PE teachers. PE is an important part of the public health system, and AI can deeply participate in the formulation of teaching strategies, the tracking of teaching processes and the evaluation of teaching results, effectively improving the quality of teaching.

However, there has been a lack of systematic studies investigating the impact factors of taste quality. In this study, chromosomal segment substitution lines (CSSLs) with notable differences in physicochemical properties were obtained by screening the CSSL population.

Despite the development of various prognostic prediction models for patients with AECOPD, their performance and clinical applicability remain unclear, necessitating a systematic review to evaluate these models and provide guidance for their future improvement and clinical use.
Method: PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Scopus, EMBASE, and Medline were searched for studies published from their inception until February 5, 2024.
Ermiao wan (EMW) is a classical traditional Chinese medicine formula, with two modified versions including Sanmiao wan (SMW) and Simiao wan (FMW). These Ermiao wan categorized formulas (ECFs) are traditionally used to treat gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia. However, their potential benefits and mechanisms on diabetes remain to be explored.

This study aimed to determine the optimal cut-off value of tumor size (TS), and construct a prognostic nomogram in combination with other independent prognostic factors (PFs) to predict 3 year and 5 year overall survival (OS) in GSRC patients. From the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, this study collected 4744 patients diagnosed with GSRC.

Numerous inherited or de novo variants in the GRIN2A gene, encoding the GluN2A subunit of the receptor, have been identified in patients with epilepsy. In addition, it is worth noting that GRIN2A variants exhibit a strong correlation with epilepsy-aphasia syndromes, a group of age-dependent epileptic, cognitive, and language disorders with a characteristic electroencephalographic pattern.

To gain insights into the research trends and patterns in this intersection, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of studies published between 2005 and 2024. Using the Web of Science Core Collection, we identified 1,229 relevant articles and reviews, focusing on the relationship between epilepsy and microglia.

Methods: The inverse variance weighting (IVW) method was employed as the primary analytical approach.
Background: Aggressive natural killer cell leukemia (ANKL) is rare and difficult to diagnose in early stages, with no standard treatment and a poor prognosis.
Case Presentation: Two adolescents with ANKL presented with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), with Case-1 presenting as refractory HLH and Case-2 with lung involvement. The morphology of bone marrow showed an increase in unidentified cells, which mainly expressed CD56.
Background: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is one of the most severe childhood-onset epileptic encephalopathies, primarily characterized by tonic seizures. In clinical practice, we have identified various subtypes of tonic seizures in LGS. This study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics, electrographic features, treatment responses, and prognosis across different subtypes of LGS.
