In the presented study, a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-mediated ratiometric fluorescence enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for zearalenone (ZEN) was reported based on fluorescence quenching of gold-silver bimetallic nanoclusters (Au-Ag NCs). HRP-antibody was used as a bridge in this immunoassay, linking the ratiometric fluorescence signal to the ZEN concentration. HRP catalyzed the oxidization of o-phenylenediamine in the presence of HO, leading to the formation of 2,3-diaminophenazine, which not only delivered a new peak at 580 nm but also quenched Au-Ag NCs fluorescence at 690 nm.

Many questions regarding these processes remain unanswered. Here, we report a novel P-type pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) factor, named Albino Cotyledon Mutant1 (ACM1), which is encoded by a nuclear gene and involved in chloroplast development.

However, selecting appropriate reference gene (s) is a prerequisite for obtaining accurate qRT-PCR results. Peach is one of important fruit in Rosaceae and is widely cultivated worldwide.

However, their practical use is limited by the use of costly noble-metal electrocatalysts for the sluggish kinetics of the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) occurred at the air electrode of the Zn-air batteries. This work reports a new non-precious bifunctional OER/ORR electrocatalyst of NiS/carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which is made by atomic layer deposition (ALD) of nickel sulfide (NiS) on CNTs, for the applications for the air electrode of the Zn-air batteries.

'Hand and foot acupuncture with twelve needles' is an acupuncture treatment performed after stroke. The principal objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of 'hand and foot acupuncture with twelve needles' for hemiplegia in the convalescent stage of ischaemic stroke.

A range-intensity-profile prior dehazing method is proposed to estimate scene depth and finely remove water backscatter at different depths for underwater range-gated imaging. It is based on the prior that the target intensity is distributed with range intensity profiles in gated images.

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of simultaneous treatment of traumatic calcaneal osteomyelitis and defect deformity with near-arc bone transport by Ilizarov technique.
Methods: Between January 2014 and August 2020, 6 cases of traumatic calcaneal osteomyelitis with defect deformities were treated by simultaneous treatment of near-arc bone transport by Ilizarov technique. The patients were all male; aged from 40 to 61 years (mean, 49.
The environment has constantly shaped plant genomes, but the genetic bases underlying how plants adapt to environmental influences remain largely unknown. We constructed a high-density genomic variation map of 263 geographically representative peach landraces and wild relatives. A combination of whole-genome selection scans and genome-wide environmental association studies (GWEAS) was performed to reveal the genomic bases of peach adaptation to diverse climates.

The pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) proteins constitute one of the largest nuclear-encoded protein families in higher plants, with over 400 members in most sequenced plant species. The molecular functions of these proteins and their physiological roles during plant growth and development have been widely studied. Generally, there is mounting evidence that PPR proteins are involved in the post-transcriptional regulation of chloroplast and/or mitochondrial genes, including RNA maturation, editing, intron splicing, transcripts' stabilization, and translation initiation.

Methods: Network pharmacology methodology was applied to screen the effective compounds of peach kernel-safflower in the SymMap and TCMSP databases. Potential targets were then screened in the ETCM, SEA, and SymMap databases to construct a compound-target network.
Interface passivation plays a pivotal role in achieving high-efficiency organic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs). It has been recently revealed that atomic layer deposition (ALD) of wide-band gap oxides shows great potential to effectively passivate defects at the interface, and ALD is also of great technological promise for industrial upscaling. However, the conflicting observations of ALD passivation are often reported in the literature, even with very similar ALD conditions.

Particularly, if the method can repair the traces induced by the multiple cycles of bending or deforming, it would overcome current fatal obstacles and provide a vital solution to the rapid development of flexible electronics. In this work, we propose a method to apply low-temperature supercritical CO fluid with a dehydration function to improve or even restore the performance of flexible amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs).

To minimize ZEN exposure to consumers, a novel metal-organic framework-based immunoassay system using zeolitic imidazolate framework-encapsulated horseradish peroxidase and goat anti-mouse IgG (HRP/Ab@ZIF-L) as labels was proposed for rapid and ultrasensitive detection of ZEN in agro-products. The HRP/Ab@ZIF-L not only maintained recognition ability of antibody and catalytic activity of enzyme, but also protected encapsulated proteins against high temperature, organic solvents and long term storage.
