This study systematically investigates the effects of anode metals (Ti/Au and Ni/Au) with different work functions on the electrical and temperature characteristics of β-GaO-based Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs), junction barrier Schottky diodes (JBSDs) and P-N diodes (PNDs), utilizing Silvaco TCAD simulation software, device fabrication and comparative analysis. Objective: Based on the visualization and analysis of the CiteSpace software, we aimed to explore the current research status and development trend of depression caused by external therapies in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and to provide a reference for further research in this field.

Methods: In the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, Web of Science, and PubMed databases, relevant articles on external therapies in TCM for depression were selected as the research objects, and CiteSpace performed the bibliometric analysis.

Results: In total, 1672 Chinese and 441 English articles were included after CiteSpace was used to remove duplicate articles and perform manual screening.

A simple naphthalimide fluorophore NAP-HO was designed and synthesized. Basic photophysical properties were investigated, especially found that the probe showed robust green fluorescence in water compared with that in various organic solvents, and the specific mechanism was conformed to be the aggregation induced emission (AIE) through dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis, solid-state luminescence and fluorescence imaging. Accordingly, the capability of NAP-HO for water sensing was examined, and good linear relationships between fluorescence intensities at the green emission band and the water content were obtained, enabling quantitative detection of water in organic solvents.

We propose and demonstrate a dual-loop harmonic Fourier domain mode-locked optoelectronic oscillator (FDML-OEO) for drastically reducing the side-mode spurs. The frequency domain mode-locking is achieved by synchronizing the scanning period of the filter to an integer fraction of the round trip times of the two loops with a self-made low cost diode-tuned RF filter. We found, for the first time to the best of authors' knowledge, that the frequency scanning bandwidth (FSBW) of the mode-locked output is strongly affected by the length mismatch between the two fiber loops.

To analyze the distortion problem of two-dimensional micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) micromirror in-plane scanning, this paper makes a full theoretical analysis of the distortion causes from many aspects. Firstly, the mathematical relations among the deflection angle, laser incidence angle, and plane scanning distance of the micromirror are constructed, and the types of projection distortion of the micromirror scanning are discussed. Then the simulation results of reflection angle distribution and point cloud distribution are verified by MATLAB software under different working conditions.
