Classification of cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)/high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) with MYC and BCL6 rearrangements, also known as BCL6 double hit lymphoma (DHL), is controversial. The diagnosis of myeloid neoplasms with plasmacytoid dendritic cell (pDC) differentiation can be challenging due to immunophenotypic overlap requiring detailed characterization by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. We describe two patients with a history of myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) and myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPN) who presented years later with leukocytosis, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, and cachexia, with rapid clinical deterioration and death. Neuroinflammation and oxidative stress are key factors leading to neuronal injury. In this study, we investigated the role of S32, a novel 3-acetylaminocoumarin compound, in ameliorating neuronal injury induced by neuroinflammation and oxidative stress and . Recent insights have identified interleukin-11 (IL-11) as a pivotal profibrotic cytokine, with its signaling through IL-11Rα and GP130 receptors emerging as a promising therapeutic target for fibrotic diseases. Herein, we developed receptor-biased IL-11 via site-specific PEGylation at the GP130 binding interface, aiming to explore its therapeutic potential for bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. By conducting single site-directed cysteine mutagenesis at site II or site III of IL-11, we refined the conjugation site, demonstrating that mutation at site III exhibits heightened sensitivity to GP130 binding and signaling.

Dissolved organic matter (DOM) is easy to combine with residual pesticides and affect their morphology and environmental behavior. Given that the binding mechanism between DOM and the typical herbicide glyphosate in soil is not yet clear, this study used adsorption experiments, multispectral techniques, density functional theory, and pot experiments to reveal the interaction mechanism between DOM and glyphosate on Mollisol in farmland and their impact on the environment. The results show that the adsorption of glyphosate by Mollisol is a multilayer heterogeneous chemical adsorption process.
