After many years of mining in the Fang2 block of the Songfangtun oilfield, the conventional water drive development method can no longer meet the requirement of greatly improving the recovery rate, and ternary composite drive (TCD) technology is adopted for this purpose. TCD is one of the most important methods to further improve crude oil recovery, and it has entered the industrialization and promotion stage, but there are still problems of fouling in the injection and extraction system and high production and maintenance costs. In order to reduce formation damage and improve recovery in the Songfangtun oilfield, an alkali-free microemulsion system was developed by replacing the weak base sodium carbonate with sodium chloride, but its emulsification capacity was weak and the recovery enhancement value was lower than that of the weak base TCD.

This paper introduces a novel carbon emission prediction method based on tracking control, leveraging historical CO emission prediction errors and feed-forward integration of electricity consumption data to enhance forecasting accuracy and minimize lag. Comparative analysis with pre-trained models such as LSTM and ARDL using Python showcases the proposed method's substantial reduction in prediction errors compared to singular reliance on electricity data, while also significantly reducing computational time in contrast to LSTM models. This study was designed to explore the key impact of Proteinase K (PK) on every step of anaerobic co-digestion. The results of step-by-step experiments indicated that PK promoted the hydrolysis of biodegradable plastic by initiating self-hydrolysis reactions, directly promoting the hydrolysis step of anaerobic co-digestion. The gravity-driven membrane (GDM) system is an energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable water purification process; however, after prolonged operation, its membrane flux remains relatively low, making it necessary to adopt effective strategies for improving system performance. In this study, the effects of hydrostatic pressure (60, 100, 200 mbar) and pre-coating with aluminum-based flocs (ABF) on GDM flux and organic matter removal were investigated, and the regulatory mechanisms of the bio-cake layer were explored through interactions between morphological structure, composition and microbes. The results showed that the stable flux of the GDM-ABF system at a hydrostatic pressure of 60 mbar was almost equal to that at 100 mbar, and it outperformed higher hydrostatic pressure in organic matter removal, resulting in a more porous bio-cake layer structure.

The role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from inflammatory chondrocytes in EV-based therapy for osteoarthritis (OA) has received little attention. We examined the effects of EVs derived from both normal rat chondrocytes (nEVs) and IL-1β-treated rat chondrocytes (iEVs) on IL-1β-treated rat chondrocytes, macrophages, and osteoblasts, alongside mRNA-seq and miRNA-seq analyses of both them.
