Despite the importance of diagnosing and preventing CMBs, there is a significant lack of effective predictive tools in clinical settings, hindering comprehensive assessment and timely intervention.
Objective: This study aims to develop a robust predictive model for CMBs by integrating a broad range of clinical and laboratory parameters, enhancing early diagnosis and risk stratification.
In order to address the issue of low effective bandwidth ratio in off-axis digital holography, which is caused by the impact of zeroth- and first-order terms on the first-order term, an improved digital holographic reconstruction algorithm by zeroth-order term elimination based on the Riesz transform is proposed in this paper. First, an off-axis hologram is convolved with the Riesz kernels. Then, in the spectrum, the zeroth-order term is effectively eliminated by a singularity at the origin of the Riesz kernels, which can improve the effective bandwidth ratio and make the best use of the bandwidth.

Vascularization is a key issue facing the construction of functional three-dimensional (3D) tissues, which is critical for the long-term survival and stability of tissue construct transplantation. In this study, a photocurable hydrogel material carboxymethyl chitosan (CHIMA) was successfully prepared and integrated with methacryloyl gelatin (GelMA) to construct the bioink GelMA/CHIMA, which was subsequently used 3D printing technology to prepared a bioactive scaffold with angiogenesis-inducing functionality. The results showed that the cross-linked GelMA/CHIMA bioink had a porous structure that supported cell growth and metabolism.

In the present study, we suppressed neurogenesis using a pharmacogenetic mouse model and examined social investigation and aggression in adult male mice to investigate the role of hippocampal adult-born neurons in the expression of aggressive behavior. In simultaneous choice tests with stimulus mice placed in corrals, mice with complete suppression of adult neurogenesis in adulthood (TK mice) exhibited normal social investigation behaviors, indicating that new neurons are not required for social interest, social memory, or detection of and response to social olfactory signals.
