Nitrogen is a critical factor in plant growth, development, and crop yield. NODULE-INCEPTION-like proteins (NLPs), which are plant-specific transcription factors, function as nitrate sensors and play a vital role in the nitrogen response of plants. However, the genome-wide identification of the gene family, the elucidation of the underlying molecular mechanism governing nitrogen response, and haplotype mining remain elusive in millet.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have been proved to provide additional benefit in disease control. However, oncological outcome of iCCA remains poor and awaits further improvement with new treatment modalities.

The research trend of smart windows leans towards multi-functional integration, concurrently achieving solar modulation and thermal management. However, sometimes a one-time performance switch cannot meet demands, making the design of multi-gradient adjustable smart windows particularly important.

Its pathogenesis has recently been found to be associated with tetranectin (TN), a monocyte-produced plasma protein with a critical disease-associated epitope, P5-5. To develop a rapid and simple method for early monitoring of the disease in clinical settings, a purified monoclonal antibody (12F1 mAb) with high affinity for the human TN pathogenic epitope P5-5 was produced in this study.

This study employed various immunological techniques to investigate the specific roles of aortic dendritic cell (DC) subsets in atherosclerotic animal models, distinguishing between normal and diseased immune contexts. Our findings revealed that aortic DCs, particularly the cDC1 subset, played a critical role in facilitating CD8 T cell activation through antigen presentation.

We aimed to explore the troponin I cutoff values for prognostically significant myocardial injury separately in on-pump and off-pump procedures with the use of a high-sensitivity assay (hs-cTnI).
Methods: Patients who underwent isolated CABG from 2018 to 2020 with available perioperative hs-cTnI measurements were included in this study.
Barley leaf stripe is an important disease caused by Pyenophora graminea that affects barley yields in the world. Ascorbic acid (AsA) interacts with key elements of a complex network orchestrating plant defense mechanisms, thereby influencing the outcome of plant-pathogen interaction. Myo-inositol oxygenase (MIOX) is a pivotal enzyme involved in plants development and environmental stimuli.

And motion intention recognition is generally performed through sEMG. Deep learning neural networks perform well in dealing with high-dimensional data and nonlinear relationships such as sEMG, but different deep learning neural networks have their own advantages in dealing with different types of data.

Introduction: Cough is a common symptom of respiratory diseases, and prolonged monitoring of cough can help assist doctors in making judgments about patients' conditions, among which cough frequency is an indicator that characterizes the state of the patient's lungs. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to design an automatic cough counting system to monitor the number of coughs per minute for a long period of time.
Methods: In this paper, a complete cough counting process is proposed, including denoising, segment extraction, eigenvalue calculation, recognition, and counting process; and a wearable automatic cough counting device containing acquisition and reception software.
As part of a program evaluation of the New York City Test & Trace program (T2)-one of the largest such programs in the USA-we conducted a study to assess how implementing organizations (NYC Health + Hospitals, government agencies, CBOs) communicated information about the T2 program on Twitter. Study aims were as follows: (1) quantify user engagement of posts ("tweets") about T2 by NYC organizations on Twitter and (2) examine the emotional tone of social media users' T2-related tweets in our sample of 1987 T2-related tweets. Celebrities and CBOs generated more user engagement (0.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common musculoskeletal disease and a leading cause of pain and disability. A key hallmark of OA is cartilage degradation, which occurs due to an imbalance between the synthesis and degradation of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Interleukin-1β(IL-1β) has been reported to regulate ECM metabolism.

In this study, we aimed to evaluate whether SBRT could serve as an alternative to radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for small HCC with a single lesion ≤5.0 cm.

Design: This study employed a cross-sectional survey approach and followed the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology (STROBE) guidelines for reporting.
Methods: A total of 1225 nurses from nine military hospitals were recruited via convenience sampling.
DNA double-strand breaks that initiate meiotic recombination are formed by the topoisomerase-relative enzyme Spo11, supported by conserved auxiliary factors. Because high-resolution structural data have not been available, many questions remain about the architecture of Spo11 and its partners and how they engage with DNA. We report cryo-electron microscopy structures at up to 3.

YTHDF2, an RNA N-methyladenosine (mA) reader, is critical for liver tumor progression. The function and regulatory roles of YTHDF2 in peritumoral hepatocytes are unknown.

Materials And Methods: 100 patients with 140 MFMs were reviewed retrospectively. We first performed a 3D reconstruction of the patient's CBCT data to determine a reference plane with ideal implant placement and orientation.
Purpose: The prognosis of infiltrative hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is dismal. Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) plus Lenvatinib (Len) and immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) have shown promising results for HCC. However, this three combination therapy on infiltrative HCC is unknown.

Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 202 advanced iCCA patients treated with SC or targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and FOLFOX-HAIC combined between March 2015 and June 2023 at our institution. 202 patients were divided into two groups based on the therapeutic regimens.
Background: Few studies have focused on the efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in treating early hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for curative intention. This study aims to determine the best option among resection, ablation and SBRT in dealing with single HCC no more than 5 cm.
Materials And Methods: This multicenter retrospective cohort study included 985 patients from 3 hospitals: 495, 335 and 155 in the resection, ablation and SBRT groups, respectively between January 2014 and December 2021.
There is an urgent need for marine ecological environment monitoring in China at present, but the traditional manual periodic sampling and testing has such disadvantages as low monitoring frequency and limited station coverage, which could not meet the requirements of large-scale real-time continuous data for current marine ecological early-warning monitoring. Therefore, constructing the multi-level, multi-system, and multi-space marine ecological environment online monitoring system could effectively develop marine ecological environment early-warning monitoring capacity. In this paper, the concept of "System of Systems" was introduced into the construction of marine ecological environment online monitoring equipment system, and the architecture of "System of Systems" of the monitoring equipment was constructed from two layers, structure layer and function layer.
