Metastatic benign leiomyoma: A case report of an uncommon presentation.

Uterine leiomyoma is a benign tumor of myometrial tissue which usually affects women of reproductive age. Its prevalence increases with age and has a peak incidence at the age of 40. Metastasizing leiomyomas are dense connective tissue and smooth myometrial muscle cells tumors located outside the uterus.
