Molecular profiling of transcription factors pinpoints MYC-estrogen related receptor α-regulatory factor X5 panel for characterizing the immune microenvironment and predicting the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in renal cell carcinoma.

Transcription factors (TFs) play key roles in biological processes, and previous studies revealed that they can control oncogenic processes. However, the functional impact of TFs on the prognosis of patients with cancer has not been extensively elucidated. In the context of The Cancer Genome Atlas, few studies have focused on the roles of TFs in tumorigenesis.

[Designing of the two-way suction drainage tube in vacuum sealing].

Objective: To investigate the traditional VSD from one-way improvement to two-way suction drainage, meet the needs of clinical treatment, and prevent bung tube.

Methods: One-way multi-side hole drainage tube of the traditional VSD was modified for bi-directional multi-side hole drainage, seaweed salt hydration alcohol polyethylene foam, Semipermeable membrane paste of Polyurethane and acrylic remains the same with that of the traditional VSD.

Results: The applications of bi-directional multi-side hole drainage pipe can reduce the rate of plugging, rinse the complex and infection wound, create a physiological moist healing environment, and promote wound healing.

[Application of pedicle reducing tension flap in the distally-based pedicle flap operation].

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of reducing tension method on the survival and appearance of distally-based pedicle flap.

Methods: Between October 2009 and February 2011, 27 cases of defect of extremity skin and soft tissue were repaired with distally-based pedicle flap through reducing tension flap method. There were 19 males and 8 females with an average age of 31.
