Aim: To investigate whether AcSDKP can inhibit proliferation and collagen synthesis in cultured rat cardiac fibroblasts mediated by PDGF.
Methods: Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were isolated. The cell proliferation was observed by 3H-proline incorporation assay.
