- Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) is a common spinal disorder in children characterized by lateral curvature, often forming "S" or "C" shapes, and the Lin School of Lingnan Region (LSLR) has shown that their orthopaedic manipulation techniques may help treat it.
- This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of these techniques (OMT-LSLR) in adolescents by comparing traditional physiotherapy with either OMT-LSLR or a sham treatment over 16 weeks, with follow-up evaluations after 24 weeks.
