Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the survivals and clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) in younger age patients and to determine the impact of age on survival.
Methods: EOC patients aged ≤40 years were matched to patients aged >40 years at a 1:4 ratio. Disease-specific survival (DSS), progression-free survival (PFS), and clinicopathological and treatment features were compared between patients aged ≤40 and >40 years.
