Material And Methods: Forty male albino rats were divided into four groups, control, cancer [given single intra-peritoneal (IP) dose of diethyl nitrosamine, NDEA, 125 mg/kg body weight], diabetic (given single dose of streptozotocin, STZ, 65 mg/kg) and cancer diabetic. HCC was initiated with NDEA, 3 weeks later, DM was induced with STZ.
